About Barbara Scott: I moved here in 2013, as a single mom rebuilding after divorce. It was a springboard to a life-long journey of self-discovery. Moving to a place I didn’t intend to land opened up possibilities I hadn’t imagined. Now remarried and a mother of three unique, outspoken girls, I am exhausted but relishing in every moment. Some days I have it all together and others I don’t. I only do crafts against my will, but make baklava and tikka masala from scratch. That pretty much sums me up, an Orlando Mommy Blogger – not a Pinterest mom, not a hot mess mom – and utterly grateful to be living this beautiful life.
About Punam Talati: I moved from California to Orlando in the fall of 2007 for work, and ended up staying! It was a bit of a culture shock at first, but I have really enjoyed getting to know the area… and living near sunny beaches never hurts! I’m dedicated to giving my kids the best childhood possible. In short, that means I buy them cookies, but also eat most of the cookies myself so they don’t rot their teeth.
